The room layout was frustrating, with a window facing the corridor and another tiny one letting in too much light!!! Soundproofing needs serious attention. I heard everything from the neighbors. A more direct bathroom would also be appreciated!!!

azul real is in a great spot, just a short walk from the carnaval events yet still peaceful. the staff were absolutely wonderful, always attentive. i was feeling sick from the altitude, and they even brought extra coca tea to my room! they stored our luggage safely and allowed us to wait in the lobby for our late bus.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Carnaval events but still peaceful. I stayed in a cozy room with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, great shower, and all necessary toiletries. The staff was super friendly and brought extra coca tea when I wasn’t feeling well. Breakfast had nice options too.
